What is Amazon’s RelayCon event?

RelayCon is the annual in-person event for Relay carriers in the US. It provides proven strategies for sustainable growth and the connections to help their businesses thrive.

Where is the event taking place?

All event activities will take place at the Venetian Resort in Las Vegas, NV. Be sure to register in advance - on-site registration won’t be available.

Will RelayCon be held virtually?

To ensure the best experience, we've designed this as an in-person event. This allows you to truly engage with your community through real connections and hands-on learning.

Who can join us at RelayCon?

We welcome all carriers that are both active and in good standing to register and attend RelayCon! Carriers must also retain an active status, and be in good standing with Amazon through the day of the event. This ensures the best experience for everyone.

Is there an event fee?

Early birds save with $149 pricing through July 18. After that, registration is $199 until August 26. We want to make RelayCon accessible, so you’ll only be charged if you fail to attend your scheduled session or cancel after August 18.

What is the cancellation policy if I registered but can no longer attend?

You won’t be charged the registration fee if you cancel your registration before August 18.

Can I bring someone from my team?

Yes! Each carrier owner can bring a company employee who would benefit from the experience. Your guest will have full access to everything RelayCon offers - from learning sessions to evening events. They'll just need to sign a quick non-disclosure agreement first. See the full RelayCon Attendee Policy here.

How does guest travel work?

All RelayCon attendees book their own flights. Each carrier owner receives a complimentary room at the Venetian, which their +1 guest is welcome to share. Alternatively, if the +1 guest desires their own room, we have secured discounted rates at the hotel. To apply the discount, your guest must book their stay through the RelayCon registration form.

How do I invite a guest?

During your registration, there will be an option to provide their name and email address. Your guest will receive a separate email to register for the event and confirm their attendance.

Can I still send my guest if I’m unable to attend the event?

Yes, you can still send a +1 guest from your company to experience RelayCon. Please email AmazonRelayCon@amazon.com with your DOT number, as well as your guest’s name and email. While your complimentary hotel stay can't be transferred, your team member can book a room at our special RelayCon rate.

Will Amazon pay for travel and accommodations?

We've got your hotel stay covered. As our valued carrier, enjoy two nights at the Venetian Resort (September 24 and 25) on us. You’ll need to present a credit card at time of booking, but don’t worry - your card won’t be charged for these nights. You have the flexibility to book and pay for your own travel arrangements to and from the event.

What is the hotel cancellation policy?

Hotel bookings, changes, and cancellations must all be submitted by Aug, 26. Changes and cancellation after this date may result in the one-night room and tax fee.

I cancelled my hotel and need to rebook.

You can edit your registration through Wednesday, August 26 and rebook your hotel through the "Select a Hotel" button on your registration confirmation page.

Can I arrive early or stay late?

While we've got your hotel stay covered for September 24-25, you're welcome to make the most of your Vegas trip. Please email AmazonRelayCon@amazon.com if you’d like to request additional hotel nights. Extra nights won’t be eligible for reimbursement.

Can I book outside of the website?

Amazon will only cover hotel accommodations booked through the official registration page.

Are there suite upgrades available?

Contact the hotel directly to explore your options. While your standard room is covered for RelayCon, you can choose to upgrade at your own rate.

Will accessibility services be available to attendees?

Yes. Your comfort and full participation matter to us. Whether you need ASL interpretation, CART, or mobility assistance, we're here to help. These services must be scheduled in advance - just let us know what you need at AmazonRelayCon@amazon.com. Please reach out to the Venetian concierge for accessibility concierge information.

Are reflection rooms available?

Yes, and we’ll share a detailed map on-site.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

We’ll have vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free options available during the event. To request a special meal (such as Kosher or Halal), please email AmazonRelayCon@amazon.com.
